There’s nothing more disappointing than a company having a stunning desktop website, but it’s cut off and or unresponsive on mobile devices. Additionally, your app or mobile website should work just as well as the desktop version. You should be able to complete the same number of tasks using a mobile device or a traditional device. Don’t sacrifice functionality for convenience for your team. Instead, invest the extra effort and resources and customers will truly value the omnichannel experience. Availability The effectiveness of your product or service won't help if your customers can't solve their problems. Websites and apps should be intuitive, making it clear to users what steps they need to take to achieve their goals.
